Our Standard Poodles

Remy is our big, beautiful Cream Standard male Poodle. He comes from a ranch in St. Ignatius, Montana, owned by a great gal named Judy Colvin.  She also raises fancy sheep for wool and assorted other critters. If you are interested in his background, link to the pedigree page for a five generation compilation.  He has been DNA tested for VWD, OFA hip and CERF.  He is a proud member of the AKC, of course.

Peaches is our cream female Standard Poodle. She comes from the beautiful state of Utah. Her breeder’s name is Leslie French.. she also owns and operates a grooming studio for our finely furred friends. Peaches is a member of both the AKC and UKC. She and Remy have had one litter together in 2005. Here’s her pedigree link. Peaches is no longer being bred but I’ve left her on this page anyway..

Millie is our jet Black Standard Poodle. She comes from Columbia Falls, Montana, from a breathtaking property on the North Fork of the Flathead River owned by Sharon Colvin, a long time standard poodle breeder, another great gal that I’m proud to have made friends with. Millie is tested as well and is AKC registered.  Here is her pedigree link.

Kharub is our new addition since moving to the South.  He was born in Somerville, Alabama, at Char-Nel Kennels.  We fell in love with Charles and Nell’s standards the minute we laid eyes on them!  We’re so pleased to have him as part of our family and are looking forward to his producing very nice pups as well. Kharma is our ‘pick of the litter’ female born in April of 2006 between Remy and Millie. She is a deep, dark brown with reddish brown ears and muzzle.  Truly a gorgeous girl! She has excellent features, extremely thick, coarse and curly coat and is sure to compliment Kharub in our breeding of the brown colored standards. She is also AKC registered.
