Buyer’s Questionnaire

In an effort to be successful in meeting expectations and ensure the happiness of the puppy and your family, we would appreciate you taking the time to ask yourself the following questions:

How much indoor and outdoor space do you have for your new pet to play in?

Do you have small children?  Can you realistically care for the puppy’s needs as well? (Housebreaking, obedience training, exercise, etc.)

Are you prepared to care for growing puppy in terms of veterinary appointments for spay/neuter, immunizations, parasite control, etc.?

Will your lifestyle allow you to give the new puppy the time and attention that it deserves?

Are there any allergy sufferers in your home?  Please describe the type and level.

Does EVERYONE in your family enthusiastically desire a Standard Poodle?

Have you given serious thought as to the ongoing grooming responsibilities associated with the poodle breed and the costs involved?

If you later discover that introducing a puppy into your home was a mistake,, will you agree to contact us so that we may be given the opportunity to be involved in the placement of the dog?

Any questions for us?  You may contact us either by phone or mail/email and we will gladly provide answers to your concerns.  We are sincerely committed to successful placement of puppies with their new families. Keep in mind that we require your responses to these questions, though they are more for your benefit than ours. Many prospective buyers haven’t yet looked at the big picture...
